1. How do I work on the platform and get paid?

Simply click 'Review My Music', submit the order, and complete the review to increase the star rating. Once you finish your daily orders, you can immediately withdraw your earnings.

2. When and where will my reviews appear?

Reviews will appear on the product page of the item you are promoting. Since all reviews go through a verification process, it may take up to two weeks for them to appear.

3. What types of products are available in the review program?

The program features carefully selected works from various singers.

4. Can I receive partial pay if I don't finish an order?

No. You must complete the entire order to receive payment. Incomplete tasks will not be paid.

5. What is VIP and how does it work?

VIP levels determine your daily task limit and commission rate. Higher VIP levels unlock more tasks and better commission rates.

  • VIP0: Up to 30 daily tasks, 1% commission on each product.
  • VIP1: Up to 30 daily tasks, 2% commission on each product.
  • VIP2: Up to 30 daily tasks, 3% commission on each product.
  • VIP3: Up to 30 daily tasks, 4% commission on each product.
  • VIP4: Up to 30 daily tasks, 5% commission on each product.
  • VIP5: Up to 30 daily tasks, 6% commission on each product.
  • VIP6: Up to 32 daily tasks, 7% commission on each product.
  • VIP7: Up to 35 daily tasks, 8% commission on each product.
  • VIP8: Up to 40 daily tasks, 9% commission on each product.

6. How can I upgrade to VIP?

VIP upgrades are available only during special platform activities. You may apply through customer service when such activities are open.

7. Do I need to sign a labor contract?

After one month, the platform conducts a performance assessment. Qualified agents are promoted to Senior Agent, sign a labor contract, and enjoy improved benefits.

8. Does the platform share my contact information with suppliers?

No. Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy and will not be shared for unrelated activities. However, by signing the terms and conditions, you agree that your details may be used strictly within the platform's scope.

About Deposit

  • Go to the 'Personal' page and click 'Deposit'.
  • Select your dedicated customer service representative and transfer funds to the account they provide.
  • Submit a screenshot of the completed transfer for verification.
  • Always double-check the deposit account before making payment, as the platform updates accounts daily.
  • For any issues, contact our online customer service immediately.

About Withdraw

  • You can withdraw once per day after binding your withdrawal method.
  • Click 'Withdrawal', enter the amount, then input your password to confirm.
  • The processing time depends on your bank.
  • Your account balance cannot be less than 100 USDT after withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals are only available after completing daily orders.

Important Notes:

  • Withdrawal hours: 10:00 – 21:30 (only once per day).
  • Requests submitted after 21:30 will be processed the following day after daily orders are completed.

About Pending & On Hold

Pending Orders:

Any received but unsubmitted order will appear as pending. Complete it by clicking the 'Orders' button.

On Hold (Commercial Ads Orders):

If assigned a commercial ad order, your search orders will be temporarily frozen until you complete it.

Note:

If you fail to complete a commercial ad order within 72 hours without notifying customer service or requesting an extension, your account will be temporarily frozen. You must contact customer service to reactivate it.

Project Type

Type 1 (Normal Project):

This type of tasks are the most common and is what you will get most of the time where you are increasing the likes or getting the tracks played, they will pay you 1% of the total worth of project. For example, this projects worth 1000, you will get 10 commission.

Type 2 (Exclusive campaign):

This type of tasks are rare, you will be helping the artists to boost their tracks on the charts, they will pay you 5% - 50% of the total project worth. For example, this projects worth 1000, you will get 50 - 500 commission.

Type 3 (Premium campaign):

This type of tasks are literally a premium for you, you will be helping the artist to boost their tracks to the top of the music platform such as Spotify, Youtube and etc. They will be paying you 50% - 100% of the total project worth. For example, this projects worth 1000, you will get 500 - 1000 commission.
